3. Rates and taxes • Prices are quoted in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), excluding tourist tax. • Rates include only those services expressly mentioned at the time of booking. • The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is €8.45 per night per adult. ________________________________________
4. Reservation and payment • All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or by the payment of a deposit. • The balance of the stay is payable on site, unless otherwise agreed in advance. • Accepted methods of payment: [CREDIT CARDS, AMEX, CASH]. ________________________________________
5. ________________________________________ 8. Theft, damage, and missing items • Guests are responsible for any damage, disappearance, or theft of items belonging to the establishment (e.g., hair dryers, door ties, glass bottles, pillows, vases, umbrellas, etc.) noted during or after their stay.
