What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. These times allow us to ensure our rooms are perfectly prepared for every guest.

Can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?

Yes, you can request an early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. This service may incur additional fees: early check-in from 12:00 PM for €50, and late check-out until 2:00 PM for €50. We recommend requesting this from the front desk prior to your stay.

Do you offer a luggage storage service?

Yes, we provide a complimentary luggage storage service. You are welcome to drop off your bags before check-in or after check-out, allowing you to make the most of your day hassle-free. Available 24/7.

Does the hotel offer accessible rooms for guests with reduced mobility?

Yes, we have two rooms accessible to guests with reduced mobility: one Deluxe and one Prestige.

Is it possible to have twin beds?

Yes, some of our rooms can be set up with two separate beds upon request. We recommend letting the front desk know before your arrival to ensure this configuration.

Can I request a crib or an extra bed?

A baby cot is available free of charge for children up to 3 years old. It can be set up in Deluxe and Prestige room categories upon request.
