2. Description of Services
The hotel offers single/double rooms equipped with: bathroom (shower or bathtub), TV, free Wi-Fi, Chromecast, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, kettle, fridge, telephone, baby cot upon request in Deluxe & Prestige rooms, safe, etc.
Additional services may be available: Breakfast, massage room, saunas, dry cleaning.
The hotel has a 4-star rating.

3. Rates and taxes
• Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding tourist tax.
• Rates include only the services expressly mentioned at the time of booking.
• The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality, is €8.45 per night per adult.

4. Booking and payment
• All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or by payment of a deposit.
• The balance of the stay is payable on-site, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, WeChatPay, AliPay, Amex, cash, bank transfer.

5. Cancellation and modification policy
• Conditions vary depending on the selected rate and are specified at the time of booking.
• After this period or in the event of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

6. Arrival and departure
• Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
• Please notify the hotel in case of late arrival.

7. House Rules
• The entire property is non-smoking.
• Pets under 10kg are welcome for an additional fee of €25 per pet, per night.
• Guests agree to respect the premises and not disturb the peace of other guests.

8. Theft, Damage, and Missing Items
• Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of items belonging to the hotel (e.g., hair dryers, door hangers, glass bottles, pillows, vases, umbrellas, etc.) discovered during or after their stay.
• The hotel reserves the right to:
o Charge the corresponding amount to the credit card provided at the time of booking, after notifying the guest, in accordance with the authorization granted upon acceptance of these terms and conditions.
o Require full reimbursement for missing or damaged items based on their replacement value.

9. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event as defined by Article 1218 of the Civil Code.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts in the district where the hotel is located.
